So its been a crazy summer, but now we get to sit back and enjoy it in the swimming pool. Rollie built the deck in under 2 days, we finished up some dirty dirt work this morning.  The kids have been in the pool nonstop. Their are several advantages to that. 1 they need less baths, 2 they get really really tiered and fall asleep really easily.

I helped with the deck, and Rollie didn't fire me. : ) . even when I threw a board and broke the faceplate on the electric outlet.  oops.  We didn't go see the fireworks tonight, which turned out ok, cause Chloe was sosooooo tiered and cranky before bed. 

last night our new neighbors came over to invite us out to watch them shoot off fireworks, but I was already in my pjs and the kids were asleep in bed, they even slept through two neighbors shooting off lots of fireworks. 

got to love that pool.

I saw school supplies in the dollar store tonight, its right around the corner now.

5 more weeks of summer to enjoy. here we are in Princeton out with grandma. chloe posing in her new "PARTY" dress starting the deck middle of deck. end,  Finished(oh and then he built a couple of benches too) HAPPY 4TH OF JULY

We enjoyed foot long hotdogs (with footlong buns too) for lunch today. extra big appetites from all that swimming.
